Terms and Conditions
Process
-The Artist has the right to refuse any Commission request, without needing to explain the reason.-Once Artist received the agreed payment (Full/Partial/TBA),
Artist is required to inform the Client as to the estimate of how long the artist will be able to work on the piece. (How long the Artist can take on one piece depends on how complicated the character is.)-Artist will inform the Client as to what stage of development Artist is in such as the Draft, Line Art, Coloring, and Shadowing/Lighting stages. To see the queue please refer to this website: Trello-Revisions after the Art Work is done must be discussed between the Artist and the Client.Rights
Discuss Rights with the Artist for Personal or Commercial Rights.Cancellation/Refunds
-The Client has no right to demand a refund from the Artist under any circumstances after payment is received if the commission is finished.-The Artist has the right to cancel and refund the money for the Client’s commission at any time. The Artist must inform the Client regarding the cancellation/refund.-If the Client asks for a refund, at any phase, the Artist will only refund 30% of the price paid by the Client.-If the Client files chargeback, the rights to everything they have commissioned will be retracted and will lose the right to commission the Artist ever again, and the Artist will have the right to use the commissioned artwork however Artist wants to.Note:
-If the Client does not want the art to be streamed or posted on the Artist’s portfolio the client must inform the artist of such. If the Client does not inform the artist of the secrecy then there is a possibility that the Artist may stream the commission.-Artist may use Art Work in Artist's portfolio (including, but not limited to, any website that displays Artist's works). When asked, the Client must properly identify Artist as the creator of Art Work. The client does not have a proactive duty to display Artist's name together with Work, but the Client may not seek to mislead others that Work was created by anyone other than Artist.
